Be a good listener
*Non-listeners
they talk all the time
*Marginal listeners邊際聽眾
→在別人剛起話頭時插嘴,沒禮貌!!
They use what the other person says as an introduction to what they want to say.
They often interrupt so they can tell you what they are thinking.
Marginal listeners often get impatient.
*Pretend listeners
→耳朵在聽,但不在乎講者的感受。
Pretend listeners appear to listen but they are obverving your character and judging what you say.
*Active listeners
→ 安靜聆聽又有同理心的聽眾
Active listeners are quiet and sympathetic.
They wait for you to finish before they respond.
